This year we need to prioritise on the leaky roof.

So

Phase 1 need to grow the veggies I will be raising the plants from seed but the ground must be ready.

Phase 2 investigating the roof then deciding whether it can be repaired or it must be renewed.

Phase 3 following through with decision.

Then building storm porch to stop influx of rainwater into cellar

Followed by converting shed into poultry housing, maybe a duck pond and rabbit accommodation.
